Kara Hebert joined Cover + Associates in 2017 as Director of Recruiting. Her main focus is mid-market and multi-national manufacturing and packaging clients. Kara has a successful track record of executive search experience in the Financial Services and Corporate Finance industries. She focused on recruiting Corporate Accounting & Finance professionals at Beacon Hill Financial in Philadelphia, PA, and on top tier investment professionals for venture, hedge and Private Equity funds at SearchOne Advisors in San Francisco, CA.
In addition to executive search, Kara has a strong background in corporate finance. She spent 10 years as an Investment Banking Professional with both Piper Jaffray and Banc of America Securities, and also worked as a Corporate Finance Manager with Gap. Inc. in San Francisco, CA. After moving back to the East Coast with her family, Kara founded and operated a successful retail venture, which she recently sold.
Kara holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Brown University and lives in Wilmington, Delaware with her husband and three children.
