Lisa Fabris joined Cover + Associates in 2021 as an Executive Recruiter. She specializes in high-level Sales and Marketing roles with national and regional packaging manufacturers and distributors across multiple sectors. She previously worked as a Marketing & Sales Manager for JG Plastics / Spartan Polymers where she managed the sales operations process for a plastic resin distributor to multiple large custom manufacturing companies across the United States and Canada.

Lisa began her career in banking. She worked for MBNA (Bank of America) for 11 years, most notably as Vice President of Marketing, where she oversaw the marketing efforts of multiple credit card products.

Lisa holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Marketing from James Madison University. She lives in Wilmington, Delaware with her husband and two children where she is an active member of her children’s school.
