Peter Lefton joined Cover & Associates in 2008 as a Sr. Executive Recruiter. He has been successful in helping to build teams of sales and marketing professionals who focus on customers in pharmaceutical, food, retail, personal care, converting and other manufacturing environments. He has also had success in constructing teams of operations and manufacturing professionals with expertise in plant management, quality and lean practices.
Peter began his executive search career in 1998 at DCR International (NASD: DCRI, formerly Texcel, Inc.), a regional search firm specializing in placement of information technology professionals within corporate IT departments, software companies, and internet firms. In 1999, Peter formed Eclipse Personnel Group to focus on searches for functional and executive talent within similar organizations in the tech-heavy areas of central and northern New Jersey, Manhattan, and the San Francisco Bay Area.
Peter holds a Bachelor of Art degree in Economics from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana. He lives in Hockessin, Delaware with his wife Amy, and two sons, Josh and Sam.
