Lisa Merenda is a Research Analyst who works with the partners of Cover + Associates to help find the best candidates for company partners. She joined the company in 2020 after working as a successful Career Consultant where she advised individuals through the next stage of their career developing marketing materials, leads, interview skills and professional brand strategies to accelerate success.

Lisa began her career in banking. She worked for MBNA (Bank of America) for 15 years, most notably as the First Vice President of Product Management for Business Lending. It was here, through the mentor program, that she decided to shift her focus from corporate goals to professional mentoring.

Lisa holds a Bachelor of Art degree from the University of Delaware in Communications and Spanish. She lives in Wilmington, Delaware with her husband and two children where she is an active member of the community and a Board Member of her children’s school.
