SUE ANN KANE

Sue Ann brings over 20 years of experience in human resources, internal recruitment and management to Cover + Associates. She joined Cover + Associates in 2019 and has successfully placed senior level executives across industries in both packaging and contract manufacturing. Sue Ann utilizes her years of experience growing and managing sales teams with her understanding of our client’s industries and needs to produce top candidates.

Sue Ann has worked for retailers and brands like the May Company Stores, Eddie Bauer and the Movado Watch Group in both management and buying. Her experience in the corporate world of retail and luxury goods helped shape her work ethic, her attention to detail and her ability to quickly decipher the wishes of both client and candidate to achieve a win-win for all parties.

Sue Ann graduated from the University of Richmond with a BA in Spanish and History and having lived in Madrid for a year, speaks Spanish fluently. In her free time, she is a high school referee for girls’ field hockey and lacrosse, plays tennis and is an avid gardener. She lives in Wilmington with her two college age daughters.
